Winners of the StartUp Cup Business Model Competition Have Been Announced

Silicon Valley, CA – The top three winning business models have been announced from the nearly 50 applicants who first submitted their business model ideas to the Silicon Valley StartUp Cup Business Model Competition in April.

The First Place Winner is InstaFlorist.

InstaFlorist is our proprietary floral technology that provides total accuracy and customization for any flower arrangement. Using our [actual and virtual] multi-patented vase grid template system, our software identifies the exact location and characteristics of any flower or floral composition. InstaFlorist software empowers customers to easily create, design, or modify any floral arrangement imaginable from their computer or mobile device.

The Second Place Winner is BOXX, Inc.

Micro Personal Transportation and its industry tech. Hardware and softwares. Updating a large and existing outdated market with clean tech affordable product solutions. It is personal, affordable micro clean transportation. Our first product is BOXX The 1 Meter Vehicle. This is a Global market scooter for both first world and third world product solutions. It is a clean minimal impact lifestyle product.

The Third Place Winner is Rouge Reel

Rouge Reel is an interactive marketplace where beauty companies, YouTube beauty artists, & their fans engage in live streaming video product reviews & tutorials. Our platform assists those interested in learning how to apply beauty products; creates transparency, instills confidence for product purchases, & facilitates the sale of beauty products featured in the video.

This was the third year for the Silicon Valley StartUp Cup, part of a growing global network of StartUp Cup Business Model Competitions.

The StartUp Cup Business Model Competition process was born in Silicon Valley and proven in Tulsa, Oklahoma over the past six years. The competition has been fine-tuned based upon feedback from participating entrepreneurs, judges, coaches, entrepreneurial services providers, and community leaders.
